Sales Director

WR Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in the North of the UK. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for growing our pressure switch, pressure sensors, and pressure transmitters product portfolio in the region.
About the Role:We are looking for a sales professional with a strong technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in external sales, with previous experience selling pressure switches, sensors, and related products. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, delivering customer-centric solutions, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our product portfolio in the North of the UK
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including small and medium-sized industrial OEMs and distributors
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including engineer-to-engineer level discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Proven track record in external sales
- Previous experience selling pressure switches, sensors, and related products
- Valid UK driving license
- Technical qualification within a related engineering discipline (ideally)
- Competitive salary: £40,000-£45,000
- OTE (approximately 20% of salary)
