Director of Sales and Marketing Opportunity

About the Role

As Director of Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of the AO Arena. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive the commercial success of the venue, ensuring the smooth operation of ticketing, premium sales, hospitality, partnerships, and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all areas of the AO Arena.
  • Work closely with the Head of Premium Seating and Hospitality to develop and implement the complete sales process.
  • Take full accountability for the Sales and Marketing budget, ensuring efficient spending to achieve business objectives.
  • Research and develop marketing strategies and plans to understand consumer needs and identify market trends.
  • Utilise CRM systems and digital/social platforms to maximise opportunities and deliver a strong return on investment.
  • Oversee all marketing campaigns and promotional activities for the AO Arena, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of commercial activities, producing detailed reports for ASM Global's senior management.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales and marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous development.
