Medical Sales Manager Opportunity

This is a unique chance for a senior executive to join a global leader in medical supplies as a Sales Manager. The role involves leading the UK sales team, responsible for strategy and implementation of sales processes to ensure continued growth and development of the UK business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and improve medical sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership within the medical sector.
  • Pedigree in ensuring sales teams meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong leadership style underpinned by ethics and passion for the medical market.
  • Strong business planning and organisational skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Relevant product experience - Operating theatre solutions / orthopaedics, Advanced Wound Care, Theatre Supplies, Surgical Solutions and Patient Hygiene.
  • Experience selling to / leading teams in hospital, CCG and Business to Business sales.
