National Sales Manager - Flooring
Area: National
- This is a national field/home based role with national travel.
- As a people management role, you will manage 3 direct reports (Area Sales Managers).
- You will be responsible for managing 2 National Accounts (Headlam Group & Likewise) at head office procurement level as well as local regional branches.
- As a National Sales Manager, you will research and identify new product opportunities, analyse market trends, and conduct competitor analysis.
- You will be tasked with growing POS units with wholesale retail partners.
- You will manage around £20M channel.

The candidate for the National Sales Manager role
- 5 years people management experience within flooring
- Key Account Management experience ideally with IDS or Headlam
- A strong strategic track record
- You must have sold or lead a team within interiors
