SALES ORDER PROCESSOR
LOCATION: HOLBECK - LEEDS

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Get Recruited is representing a reputable and expanding supplier in the construction sector based in Leeds. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Order Processor to become a vital part of the team. In this role, you will manage the order processing, oversee the sales inbox, and deliver exceptional customer service along with administrative responsibilities.
This position is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in Electrical, Maintenance, Mechanical, Order Processing, Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, or similar fields.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process orders efficiently, ensuring the order management system is utilized correctly and remains current.
- Keep customers updated on their order status.
- Respond to incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries, order placements, and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records, perform file management, and conduct data entry tasks.
- Oversee the sales inbox, addressing customer inquiries related to products, quotations, and general service.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to communicate order specifics, delivery timelines, and resolve any challenges.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in order processing, customer service, sales administration, or related roles.
- Background in Electrical, Mechanical, or similar industries is preferred.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in using order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
