As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective execution of sales orders, aligning with the expectations of our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass providing exceptional customer service to our retail partners and internal teams, alongside managing various administrative functions. You will collaborate with freight and third-party logistics providers, as well as a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will strive to enhance customer satisfaction while minimizing lead times and operational expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful fulfillment of sales orders from multiple customers.
- Ensure accurate receipt of deliveries from suppliers and maintain synchronized inventory records with third-party logistics providers.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Accounts, and Sales teams, as well as 3PL providers and customers.
- Process Purchase Orders efficiently.
- Track, record, and report on order statuses.
- Validate pricing and inventory availability.
- Secure delivery dates and times through client booking systems.
- Manage the order fulfillment process to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in systems.
- Address client requirements from an operational standpoint.
- Coordinate and oversee supply chain operations.
- Facilitate communication with suppliers, retailers, and customers.
- Plan and track shipments according to customer specifications.
- Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders.
- Prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Ensure the efficient shipping of products between locations.
- Proactively address potential delays or quality concerns.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in administration or logistics is preferred, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and teamwork.
