About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Disrepair Manager to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a Disrepair Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of disrepair works across our contracts, focusing on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and high-quality repairs for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of disrepair maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of disrepair works.
  2. Property Management: Manage the inspection, maintenance, and repair of properties to ensure that properties are repaired/maintained with a first-time fix approach, meeting targets set within the disrepair protocol.
  3. Supplier Management: Ensure that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with work sheets and in a timely manner, meeting all contract KPI targets.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure that works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard, meeting the expectations of our residents and stakeholders.
  5. Inspection and Reporting: Attend inspections where necessary and provide regular reporting on disrepair works progress and outcomes.
