Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Disrepair Manager to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of disrepair works across our contracts, focusing on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and high-quality repairs for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Manage Disrepair Teams: Oversee the disrepair maintenance technicians and contractors, ensuring they are working efficiently and productively to meet our targets.
  • Property Inspection and Maintenance: Manage the inspection, maintenance, and repair of properties to ensure they are repaired or maintained with a first-time fix approach, meeting our disrepair protocol targets.
  • Contract Supervision: Supervise the contract, ensuring all operatives are working efficiently and productively, and that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with work sheets and in a timely manner.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers, addressing any queries or issues that may arise, and ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Quality and Timeliness: Ensure all works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard, meeting our contract KPI targets.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete paperwork and reports in-line with our company procedure, and ensure all client expectations are achieved.
  • Site Visits: Drive from site to site as part of your daily duties, and attend inspections where necessary.
