We are seeking a highly skilled Disrepair Manager to join our team at Howells Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of disrepair works across our contracts, focusing on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and high-quality repairs for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure efficient and productive delivery of disrepair works.
  • Manage the inspection, maintenance, and repair of properties to ensure that they are repaired or maintained with a first-time fix approach, meeting the targets set within our disrepair protocol.
  • Supervise the contract to ensure that all operatives are working efficiently and productively, and that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with work sheets and in a timely manner, meeting all contract KPI targets.
  • Liaise with customers and deal with any queries or issues that may arise, ensuring that works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard.
  • Ensure that all client expectations are achieved, and that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in-line with our company procedure.
  • Drive from site to site as part of daily duties, and be jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe.
  • Complete time sheets, work sheets, and reports as required, and attend inspections where necessary.
