We are working with a leading contractor in the Social Housing sector to recruit a Disrepair Manager to join their team based in Ealing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of disrepair works across the contract, focusing on delivering great customer satisfaction and high-quality repairs for residents.

The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills and experience of working within the Social Housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage disrepair maintenance technicians and contractors
  • Manage the inspection, maintenance, and repair of properties to ensure first-time fix approach for Disrepair work within targets set within the disrepair protocol
  • Supervise the contract to ensure all operatives are working efficiently and productively
  • Ensure suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with work sheets and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets
  • Liaise with customers and deal with any queries or issues that may arise
  • Ensure works are completed on time and to a high quality standard
  • Ensure all client expectations are achieved
  • Ensure all paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in-line with the Company procedure
  • Drive from site to site as part of daily duties
  • Be jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe
  • Complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required
  • Attend inspections where necessary
