Howells Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled Disrepair Manager to join their team. As a Disrepair Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of disrepair works across the contract, focusing on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and high-quality repairs for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of disrepair maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure efficient and productive work.
- Oversee the inspection, maintenance, and repair of properties to ensure first-time fix approach for disrepair work within established targets.
- Supervise the contract to ensure all operatives are working efficiently and productively, meeting contract KPI targets.
- Liaise with clients and address any queries or issues that may arise, ensuring works are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Ensure all client expectations are met, and paperwork and reports are completed and submitted in accordance with company procedures.
- Drive from site to site as part of daily duties, maintaining a tidy and safe work environment.
- Complete time sheets, work sheets, and reports as required, and attend inspections as necessary.
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills and experience working within the Social Housing sector.
- Ability to supervise and manage a team, ensuring efficient and productive work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address client queries and issues.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
