**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Disrepair Manager to join our team at Howells Recruitment. As a Disrepair Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of disrepair works across our contracts, focusing on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and high-quality repairs for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and manage a team of disrepair maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure efficient and productive work.
  • Manage the inspection, maintenance, and repair of properties to ensure that properties are repaired/maintained with a first-time fix approach, meeting targets set within the disrepair protocol.
  • Supervise the contract to ensure that all operatives are working efficiently and productively, and that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with work sheets and in a timely manner, meeting all contract KPI targets.
  • Liaise with clients and deal with any queries or issues that may arise, ensuring that client expectations are met.
  • Ensure that works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard, and that all paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in-line with company procedure.
  • Drive from site to site as part of daily duties, and be jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe.
  • Complete time sheets, work sheets, and reports as required, and attend inspections where necessary.

**Requirements**

  • Effective communication skills and experience of working within the Social Housing sector.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality repairs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to drive and have a clean driving license.
