The Estates Surveyor will play a pivotal role in managing the operational, investment, and sublet property portfolio of EG On The Move. Reporting directly to the Chief Real Estates Officer, this position encompasses all facets of property and asset management.

The successful candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to cultivate robust relationships, ensuring the delivery of a commercially focused and customer-centric service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in comprehensive Asset and Portfolio Management, identifying opportunities to enhance portfolio value.
  • Coordinate with landlords and tenants to facilitate effective management of the property portfolio in accordance with best estate management practices.
  • Oversee the management of Service Charges within the investment portfolio.
  • Ensure the timely collection and payment of rent and service charges.
  • Conduct all aspects of Landlord and Tenant work, including Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, and Licences for alterations.
  • Maintain and update the property database efficiently.
  • Develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management.
  • Proficient in database management.
  • Highly organized and efficient in task execution.
  • Property degree or RICS qualification is desirable.
