Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient and precise processing of cash receipts and matching accounts receivable invoices.
  • Ensuring a well-maintained bank reconciliation with no outstanding balances.
  • Generating and processing customer statements.
  • Managing customer accounts, including those on hold, with responsibilities for account reconciliations and new account setups.
  • Completing credit insurance applications and overseeing the internal approval process as necessary.
  • Providing various weekly and monthly reports.
  • Conducting cash collection through proactive customer engagement.

  • Collaborating with the Customer Services and Sales teams to promptly resolve any queries.

  • Supporting both internal and external audits.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the management team.
