We are on the lookout for a committed **Accounts and Banking Assistant **to join our Client Accounting team who shares the same passion for customer service as we do

**To succeed as an Accounts and Banking Assistant you will need to**:

- Demonstrate your passion for working with people by taking ownership of customer queries and seeing them through to a positive resolution.
- Support our customers in an efficient and engaging way. You will need good telephone manner, coupled with strong numeracy and communication skills
- Have a keen eye for detail. It is our responsibility to ensure the safekeeping and proper handling of millions of pounds of client money.
- Establish and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Be a team player. You will need to confidently participate and contribute in team meetings and training.
- Have a willingness to learn. Compliance is key in the property industry and you will need to proactively build your knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation.
