**Payments Supervisor**

**Pendragon Head Office - Hybrid working with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week**

Due to our ongoing growth and expansion, we are looking for a talented individual to join us in the role of Accounts Payable Supervisor. You’ll be working physically from Head Office for three days per week, with the flexibility to work from home for two days per week.

Based in our Finance Shared Service Centre, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that supports our nationwide network of retailers. With over 140 team members and a focus on continual growth and development, we’re dedicated to offering limitless opportunities for career development.

As a Payments Supervisor, you’ll coach and support a team of Accounts Assistants to ensure efficient and accurate processing of payments. You’ll be responsible for ensuring you and your team process a number of daily payments, ensuring they are accurate in line with the policies.

**You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with**:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards
- Ensure all payment calculations and reconciliations are correct and in line with company and financial policies whilst working towards tight deadlines
- Provide training to team members, conducting regular performance reviews
- Addressing queries related to payments and providing support to the team in resolving any issues, with escalation to the Team Leader as necessary
- Maintain organised and detailed records of all payment transactions, income and transfers

- Complete and thorough understanding of Payment processes
- Strong numerical skills, with the ability to process financial data quickly and with a strong attention to detail
- The ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels across the wider business to achieve goals and objectives
