About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of our programme of asset management related projects and activities on behalf of our partner councils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Project Managers and technical specialists to deliver the annual programme of activities, including the operational delivery of selected projects.
  • Support the development and implementation of our business plan and annual programme of activities.
  • Facilitate collaborative relationships with partner councils in the delivery of our portfolio of projects.
  • Manage and report on the programme of activities, including overseeing contracts and projects.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent knowledge and skills in municipal asset management, with a broad knowledge of civil engineering, Waka Kotahi systems, roading design standards and funding mechanisms.
  • An efficient and analytical approach to programme monitoring and delivery.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to excel at engaging with our suppliers and partner councils.
