Regional Asset Technical Accord Project Management Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of our programme of asset management related projects and activities on behalf of our partner councils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Project Managers and technical specialists to deliver the annual programme of activities, including the operational delivery of selected projects.
- Support the development and implementation of our Business Plan and Annual Programme of Activities.
- Facilitate collaborative relationships with partner councils in the delivery of our portfolio of projects.
- Manage and report on the programme of activities, including overseeing contracts and projects.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent knowledge and skills in municipal asset management, with a broad knowledge of civil engineering, Waka Kotahi systems, roading design standards and funding mechanisms.
- An efficient and analytical approach to programme monitoring and delivery.
- Interpersonal and communication skills to excel at engaging with our suppliers and partner councils.
