Technical Project Manager

TTP is seeking an experienced Technical Project Leader to spearhead our technically challenging, multi-phase product development projects. As a key member of our Diagnostics team, you will play a crucial role in securing and managing complex projects, from concept and prototype development to product development and transfer to volume production.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work on projects across a range of fundamental technologies, including immunoassay, molecular, diagnostic microbiology, tissue diagnostics, and more. Our expertise spans from central lab to point-of-care systems, with a world-leading capability in translating complex biology to user-friendly devices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead large, multi-disciplinary project teams, working at the interface of biology and engineering.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical collaboration, project team engagement, and client relationships.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and areas of technology.
- Technical specialist in the Diagnostics field.
- Proven experience leading complex technical projects in the diagnostics field.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Business development expertise or experience of developing customer relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent academic record with a degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
