Job Title: Audio Technical Project Manager

StarTekk Inc is accelerating its Digital Transformation journey to drive organizational growth, increase efficiencies, and achieve focused business goals. We are seeking an experienced Audio Technical Project Manager to help bridge the gap between business requirements and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Communication: Collaborate with business users and IT leaders to understand their requirements and relay them to the offshore team.
  • Data and BI Understanding: Develop a high-level understanding of the Data and BI landscape, specifically Databricks and Power BI, to drive discussions and demos.
  • SQL and Data Analysis: Possess strong SQL skills and data analysis expertise to handle complex data sets.
  • Project Management: Track project milestones, resolve functional and technical blockers, and manage timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Power BI Demos: Conduct Power BI report demos, gather feedback, and collaborate with the offshore team to make necessary adjustments.
  • Onshore-Offshore Model Experience: Leverage prior experience working in an onshore-offshore model across two time zones to drive project success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing multiple Data and BI projects.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodology and ability to manage projects within an Agile framework.
  • Industry experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
  • Presentation skills to present program accomplishments to senior leadership level.
