Overview

TTP is at the cutting edge of innovation in Cell & Gene product development. We are in search of a seasoned Technical Project Leader to oversee our complex, multi-phase development initiatives.

About the Role

As part of the Cell & Gene team, you will engage in the creation of tailored, pioneering hardware solutions aimed at advancing cell and gene therapies. Our interdisciplinary approach merges biology, engineering, and physical sciences to create revolutionary solutions, including scalable manufacturing systems designed to combat cancer. You will be integral to the entire product development process, from gathering requirements to delivering prototypes primed for production.

Your Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Technical Project Leader, you will assume complete responsibility for project management, which includes:

  • Managing client relationships and ensuring project delivery aligns with technical excellence.
  • Leading and mentoring project teams, while remaining actively involved in the technical aspects.
  • Identifying and proposing new technological and commercial opportunities based on your insights into the Cell & Gene market.

Candidate Profile

We seek an individual capable of independently guiding large, multidisciplinary project teams at the intersection of biology and engineering. You should possess:

  • Expertise in a technical field relevant to Cell & Gene.
  • The ability to navigate and shape dynamic, high-pressure projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to act as a coach, advisor, and advocate for clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in leading intricate technical projects within the cell & gene or broader biotechnology sectors.
  • Proficient project management capabilities, including effective timeline, budget, and resource management.
  • Business development experience or a proven track record in cultivating customer relationships.
  • A collaborative spirit to work within multidisciplinary teams.
  • A solid academic background with a degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
  • A willingness to travel internationally.
