The Diagnostics division at TTP is dedicated to creating innovative diagnostic solutions that enhance high-performance testing accessibility. We collaborate with emerging companies and leading diagnostics firms to launch new products, working within integrated teams of biologists, chemists, physicists, and engineers.

We are currently in search of a seasoned, client-oriented Technical Project Leader to drive our technically demanding, multi-phase development initiatives.

In this role, you will contribute significantly to the diagnostics team, overseeing and managing intricate technical projects. Your involvement will span the entire product development lifecycle, often commencing with concept and prototype creation, advancing to product development, and ultimately supporting the transition to mass production.

You will have the chance to engage in projects that encompass a wide array of fundamental technologies, including immunoassay, molecular diagnostics, diagnostic microbiology, tissue diagnostics, and more. Our expertise extends from central laboratory systems to point-of-care devices, excelling in translating complex biological concepts into user-friendly solutions.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to propose and cultivate entirely new technological and commercial ventures. Your background in Diagnostics will provide you with profound market and technological insights, enabling you to identify valuable new business prospects and potential technology advancements.

Key Qualifications

We seek an individual capable of independently leading large, multidisciplinary project teams, operating at the intersection of biology and engineering.

Your profile includes:


• Expertise in the Diagnostics sector.


• Proficiency in guiding and shaping high-pressure, dynamic projects.


• Ability to serve as a coach, advisor, interpreter, advocate, and confidant for clients.

We anticipate you will bring:

  • Experience in managing complex technical projects within the diagnostics arena.
  • Strong project management capabilities, adept at overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
  • Expertise in business development or experience in nurturing customer relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • An excellent academic background with a degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
