Job Summary: As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, working on a range of projects, and contributing to the company's technical decisions. You will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Work closely with the Senior team to develop and implement technical strategies, and contribute to code reviews and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, and provide training and support to team members as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for future development.
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in C#,.Net Core, React, JavaScript, Kubernetes, SQL, and Cloud.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
