What will your role involve?

The Senior Customer Insight Manager is crucial within the Retail department, utilizing extensive industry knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills to enhance our clients' businesses with insightful strategies, alongside exceptional interpersonal abilities to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and evaluate various insight projects for clients, presenting findings and actionable recommendations in a compelling manner.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Clearly communicate the value of Circana's offerings, including Analytics, Shopper, Field, and Technology Solutions.
  • Act as a business consultant, leveraging Circana services to stimulate business growth and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, advocating for their needs within Circana.
  • Enhance client engagement with Circana through effective strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to engage with clients in a consultative manner to effectively address business challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and professional presence.

Work Arrangement:

This position offers flexibility, allowing for a hybrid work model with the option to work remotely for part of the week. Occasional travel may be necessary.
