Position Title: MI & Reporting Specialist

The MI & Reporting Specialist position in Bradford is designed as a part-time role, encompassing 22.5 hours weekly, distributed over 4 or 5 days. Reporting directly to the MI & Reporting Manager, this role is pivotal in delivering Payment Operations data, management insights, analytical assessments, and actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate business performance.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Generate timely, precise, and high-quality management information reports
  • Evolve and refine MI to ensure its relevance and significance
  • Address spontaneous requests for MI, data, or analytical insights
  • Comprehend business operations and contribute valuable insights to MI
  • Foster positive relationships and collaborate effectively across various roles
  • Recognize opportunities to enhance business performance through data examination
  • Assist in system or process modifications to uphold data integrity

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a reporting or MI capacity
  • Proficient in advanced MS Excel functionalities
  • Background in managing complex datasets
  • Familiarity with financial systems data

Preferred:

  • Acquaintance with Oracle Financials, Business Objects, or information management systems
  • Prior experience in shared service center operations
  • Experience within a large organization handling high transaction volumes
