We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Client Services team at Yorkshire Building Society. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of our dialler system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Import and export data to and from the dialler system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the dialler database.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze call data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Generate regular reports on dialler performance and productivity, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to colleagues on dialler usage and best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience with database management, Excel, SQL, Power BI, and HTML.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency with dialler systems (preferably Noetica) and CRM software.
