The Customer Insights Analyst will be responsible for analyzing customer data captured through our loyalty scheme and delivering actionable insights to help drive business decisions and improve customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support tactical and strategic decision-making across the business, with a focus on marketing and commercial departments.
- Automate the creation of aggregated data tables for regular reporting.
- Create and maintain data products that enable stakeholders to self-serve data.
