Your Role: Sales Manager - UK Sales

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth across our diverse portfolio of brands.

  • Business Development: Research and identify emerging market trends and potential clients within the consumer goods sector.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail, distribution, and other relevant channels.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to specific customer needs and market segments.
  • Account Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Market Expansion: Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new distribution channels and retail partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience within the consumer goods industry.
  • A strong track record of new business acquisition and account management success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a proactive approach to sales.
