We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Analyst to join our team at Network Sales & Marketing. As a key member of our analytics department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels and providing analysis and insight-based recommendations for improved customer targeting.
Key Responsibilities- Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Provide strategic support in the execution of marketing campaigns across direct mail, email, push, and SMS channels, ensuring alignment with customer and marketing strategies.
- Customer Journey Management: Create and manage multi-channel customer journeys within our CRM platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Data Integration and Accuracy: Set up and ensure the accuracy of promotional offer codes in advance of customer arrival, maintaining and developing data integrations between marketing automation platforms.
- Strong SQL Skillset: Possess a strong SQL skillset with experience working within databases.
- CRM Marketing Platform Expertise: Proficient experience within CRM marketing platforms, ideally Adobe Campaign.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience working within Ms Excel, CRM, Adobe Campaigns, and PowerBI.
- Marketing Channel Knowledge: Good understanding of marketing channels such as SMS, Email, CRM, and Direct Mail.
- Strong Numerical Skillset: Possess a strong numerical skillset with a passion for data marketing.
