Digital Engagement Team Lead

About the Role
The Digital Engagement Team Manager is a key member of CAP's Communication & Digital Engagement management team, reporting to the Digital Communications Manager. This role is responsible for managing the Digital Engagement team, a multi-skilled team of content creators and technical experts, and ensuring the team's wellbeing, morale, and workload are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating a culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and creativity, where team members work together to engage new audiences with brilliant campaigns and evergreen content.
- Developing people to make the most of their skills and talent, while considering the impact of the work on the wider charity.
- Leading the team in continuous learning, skill development, and knowledge sharing to create a highly collaborative environment and valuable solutions that motivate and engage CAP's digital audience.
