Job Summary

The Digital Engagement Team Lead is a key member of the Communication & Digital Engagement management team at Christians Against Poverty. This role is responsible for managing the Digital Engagement team, a multi-skilled team of content creators and technical experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Digital Engagement team, ensuring a healthy rhythm of wellbeing, morale, and workload.
  • Create a culture of innovation, collaboration, and creativity, where team members work together to engage new audiences with brilliant campaigns and evergreen content.
  • Develop team members to make the most of their skills and talent, while considering the impact of the work on the wider charity.
  • Lead continuous learning, skill development, and knowledge sharing to create a highly collaborative environment and valuable solutions that motivate and engage CAP's digital audience.
