Digital Engagement Team Lead

About the Role
The Digital Engagement Team Manager is a key member of CAP's Communication & Digital Engagement management team, reporting to the Digital Communications Manager. This role is responsible for leading a multi-skilled team of content creators and technical experts, ensuring a healthy work-life balance, and managing the workload of the team and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and creativity, driving engagement with new audiences through brilliant campaigns, evergreen content, and ongoing channel optimization.
- Passionately develop team members to maximize their skills and talent, considering the impact on the wider charity.
- Embody continuous learning, skill development, and knowledge sharing to create a highly collaborative environment and valuable solutions that motivate and engage CAP's digital audience.
What We Offer
