Digital Engagement Team Lead

Reporting to the Digital Communications Manager, the Digital Engagement Team Manager is part of CAP's Communication & Digital Engagement management team. They manage the Digital Engagement team, a multi-skilled team of content creators and technical experts, and are responsible for maintaining healthy rhythms of wellbeing, morale and the overall workload of the team and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Digital Engagement team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality content and campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage new audiences and maintain a strong online presence.
- Collaborate with the Digital Communications Manager to ensure alignment with CAP's overall digital strategy.
- Manage the team's workload, ensuring they have a healthy balance of tasks and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
- Proven experience in managing a team of content creators and technical experts.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and communication strategies.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
