Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagement and build strong relationships with clients
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure work is developed in a timely manner
- Drive commercials to increase client revenue
- Manage junior team members, creating development plans and leading 121s and appraisals
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with clients' KPIs
Requirements
- Proven experience in client management and building client relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working at senior stakeholder level
- Good knowledge of retail media and commerce
- Commercial focus and ability to generate additional revenue from clients
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
