About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a key member of our Service Delivery Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Escalation Management: Handle escalations from the Service Desk Team, collaborating with third parties to resolve complex issues.
  • Process Improvement: Standardise and automate processes to enhance service delivery, and formalise procedures for efficient service delivery.
  • Documentation: Produce clear and precise documentation, including training materials, for multiple systems.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong knowledge of information technology and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Service Delivery Team, Projects teams, and Operational Managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
