Job Summary:

AJ Bell Management Limited is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and internal teams, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers and internal teams via various communication channels, including MS Teams, telephone, and remote access tools.
  • Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to senior engineers as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including training materials, for various systems and technologies.
  • Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, including Azure, Active Directory, Group Policy, MS Exchange, Office 365, VMWare vSphere, and Horizon View Client.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Automation Knowledge: Knowledge of automation software and scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python.
