About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical MSP Engineer to join our team at In Technology Group Limited. As a Technical MSP Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients remotely and face-to-face, resolving network and system issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain client infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Perform regular system monitoring, backups, and maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and data loss.
  • Escalate and manage complex technical issues to 3rd line support when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution.
  • Install, configure, and update software and hardware components, ensuring compatibility and security.
  • Monitor and respond to service desk tickets in a timely manner, providing clear and concise updates to clients.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of client environments and issue resolutions, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience with Azure AD & Active Directory, Office 365, and applications.
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, Hyper-V / VMware, and Security - Anti-virus, Anti-spam etc.
  • SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Firewalls, Routers, Switches.
