We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal business users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to internal business users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to improve IT systems and processes
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions using our IT ticketing system
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems and help desk software
