About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our vibrant team at Aspire Recruitment. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for all administration duties, ensuring seamless communication and efficient task completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our sales team to complete pre and post-sale administrative tasks in a timely manner.
  • Validate energy invoices using our in-house portal and provide daily updates on industry and supplier changes.
  • Complete sales-related audit and compliance tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Manage sales contracts, ensuring they are drawn up and submitted to suppliers with precision.
  • Process information, follow up on pricing requests, and maintain the front sheet policy.
  • Prepare sales and commission reports using our CRM system and conduct daily paradigm checks.
  • Manage monthly forecasts, payments, and accounts receivable and payable.
  • Process commission statements from energy suppliers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in an energy environment.
  • Previous administrative experience in a busy sales environment.
  • Previous administrative experience in a financial environment (desirable).
Person Specification
  • Strong team work ethic.

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft applications.
