Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping
- Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Maintain organized files and documentation
- Assist in clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Type and proofread documents as needed
- Proficient in Google Suite and QuickBooks for office tasks
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Pay: £14,981.98-£23,833.04 per year
