As an **Administrator **you will provide administration support services to the Letting Support Centre team, branches, landlords and tenants.

**Key responsibilities of an Administrator**:

- The main purpose of your role is to provide administration support service to the Letting Support Centre, branches, landlords and tenants.
- Assist LSC colleagues with all aspects of administration work including new lets, inspections, invoices, EOT’s and deposits.
- Assist with maintenance issues when required.
- Assist in overseeing and arranging safety checks
- Provide cover for colleagues in their absence in order that deadlines are met and service levels adhered to.
- Assist colleagues with diary management to ensure that workloads are up to date and managed effectively

**Skills and experience required to be a successful Administrator**:

- Outstanding Customer Service skills.
- Solid administration skills.
- Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented.
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
