We’re looking for a highly motivated **Administrator **to complement our fantastic team in our Lettings Support Centre in **Birkenhead**. As an Administrator you will provide administration support services to the Letting Support Centre team, branches, landlords and tenants.

**Key responsibilities of an Administrator**:
The main purpose of your role is to provide **administration** **support **service to the Letting Support Centre, branches, landlords and tenants.
- Assist LSC colleagues with all aspects of administration work including new lets, inspections, invoices, EOT’s and deposits
- Assist with maintenance issues when required.
- Assist in overseeing and arranging safety checks
- Oversee postal duties.
- Provide cover for colleagues in their absence in order that deadlines are met and service levels adhered to.
- Assist colleagues with diary management to ensure that workloads are up to date and managed effectively

- **Organised** and able to **prioritise** workload in a faced paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written **communication** skills
