**Administrator**

**Duties to include**:

- Sending timesheets
- Processing timesheets
- Updating holiday record
- Liaising with payroll companies
- Dealing with incoming calls/queries
- Formatting CV’s
- Data Entry
- Operating 2 in house computer systems
- Greeting visitors
- Monitoring compliance documentation
- Client liaison
- Any other duties required for the needs of the business

**Requirements**:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
