Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative Support Specialist to join our Operations Resources team.
About the Role: As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our business, responding to client and customer queries, keeping them informed, and scheduling works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise client works orders and maintain accurate records
- Keep service systems and in-house records up to date
- Raise works orders correctly and perform other day-to-day administrative tasks
- Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a good understanding of Outlook, Word, Excel, and database management
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar role, such as a Call/Contact Centre environment
- Good understanding of business operations and administrative procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Valid right to work in the UK and DBS clearance
- Ability to commute to the Harlow area within a reasonable time frame
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £25,500
- A Saturday morning work rota every 1 in 4 weeks
- A dynamic and supportive work environment
