Key Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Co-ordinator, you will act as an ambassador for the Communications & Events and Requirements & Capabilities teams, representing them to the highest standard.

Main Duties:

  • Key POC: partner with RTX, suppliers, and external customers, aligning the teams for effective collaboration.
  • Build effective working partnerships within Raytheon UK, encouraging clear communications across sites.
  • Support with administration of events, including payments and processes, and management of memberships and sponsorships.
  • Organise and manage payments, ensuring timely procedures are followed.
  • General office duties: ordering stationery, catering, site access requests, invoice processing.
  • Expenses support: submit in a timely manner, monitor approval process to avoid late charges.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experienced in diary management.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Advanced user of Office 365.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to manage a diverse busy workload.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.

About the Role:

This is a fast-paced administrative role to support the Communications & Events and Requirements & Capabilities teams' activities.

Working Arrangements:

Hybrid working, with occasional travel to London and across the UK for business events.
