We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Administrator at The Dove Partnership.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers and clients, including document production, communication, and coordination.
  • Manage project documentation, including correspondence, quotations, orders, and project files.
  • Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, and end-users to schedule appointments and ensure timely project completion.
  • Track project finances, including billing, invoicing, and variations.
  • Support Project Managers in meeting project forecasts and targets.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, intermediate level or above.
  • The ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
