Key Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our staff and students, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Guide students through their learning experience, providing expert advice and support.
  • Engage with college activities and events, promoting a sense of community and inclusivity.
  • Coordinate appointments with specialists, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Process payments and issue ID cards, maintaining accurate records and adhering to college policies.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with college procedures and regulations.

Success in this Role:

After a year in this role, you will be adept at all service delivery functions, have a deep understanding of the college structure, and consistently embody our core values. You will also be well-positioned for potential advancement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with staff and students, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity.
  • Previous experience in a service delivery role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency with IT systems, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
