Product Manager

This position is ideal for an individual aspiring to take on the role of Product Manager for a vital, high-visibility delivery initiative. You will be responsible for defining the vision of the future product, establishing the strategy, and crafting user stories with a strong focus on customer needs.
The role will involve collaboration across multiple facets of the organization, including third-party vendors and our technology partners. You will be at the forefront of a project that aligns with the strategic goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
The Product Manager will provide expert insights, guidance, and recommendations for this essential project, working in close partnership with project leaders, business analysts, operations, and other stakeholders. You will create and implement detailed plans and roadmaps that align with business objectives while ensuring the project enhances the customer experience.
The successful candidate will stay informed about market trends, technological advancements, and competitive dynamics, offering thought leadership on emerging trends and best practices. You will engage in various projects and initiatives, sharing your expertise to help team members enhance their skills and capabilities.
You will support the achievement of positive customer outcomes through all activities and deliverables, ensuring that we act in good faith towards our customers, avoid foreseeable harm, and empower our customers to achieve their financial goals.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of Bonds, investments, and/or with-profits funds, along with market trends.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and make informed decisions.
- Technical understanding of regulatory considerations.
- Financial qualifications (CISI, CII, or equivalent) are advantageous.
