Role

We are seeking a Level 2 Application Support Engineer to join our Belfast office and help expand our global support footprint for our suite of core products, used by top names in financial services.

This role requires someone with 3+ years' experience working primarily with customer support in financial services. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively as part of the local and wider global team, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-level support for our suite of products
  • Assist with client onboarding and ensure a smooth experience
  • Understand and adapt to changing support processes and circumstances
  • Work in Unix/Linux-based environments and have experience with Financial Services concepts, including Market Data and Order Entry
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential
Desirable Skills
  • Networking and deployment management experience
  • Knowledge of common scripting languages and ability to automate processes
  • FX, FI, and Crypto Markets expertise
  • Messaging protocols, particularly FIX and ITCH
