Job Title: Duty Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at our new venue in Cambridge. As a Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our cinema, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the cinema, including staff supervision and customer relations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
